Got the win at Escape the Cape!

Got the overall win at #EscapeTheCape by @delmosports over the weekend 🏆! As always, an awesome event hosted by some awesome people, from the RD down to the volunteers. Every triathlete should aim to jump from the @CMLferry at some point. Hopefully during a race.

As for the race, mission(s) accomplished. Best swim of the top 5, aka didn't lose it in the water. Best bike split, beating out my best bike split from last year by over a minute. And still didn't let the sand miles kill me, as brutal as they were. All that led up to one of my favorite wins yet.

Can't wait to come back next year!
