Running again! Sorta…

How NOT to split a 5k:
..
Mile 1- 5:20
Mile 2- 5:50
Mile 3- 6:10
..
It was interesting to *try* to run fast for the first time since May. I know I can't expect too much too soon as I rebuild myself, but it's hard to remember that when I'm toeing a starting line... whoops!
..
Still, it was fun to run with a great crew at the #Google5k, and a good reminder how many really fast people there are roaming the offices in #NYC!
..
Added bonus, the best timing crew in the business was there watching me drag myself over the line! @superracesystems
