Swimtervention

Three days, so many drills, and soreness in muscles I never knew existed, which is not a great sign for the current state of my #swimming, haha.

Do I feel ready to jump in the water with a bunch of #ProfessionalAthletes? Not quite yet. But do I think my #swim can get there? Finally, yes. Lots of work to do and lots of VERY low hanging fruit (or was that "rotten fruit laying on the ground" @bperki08?). Taking that as a good thing for now!

Over rotation, disengaged core, hips not working with shoulders, dropped elbow, broken wrists, random kick, the list is long! But now that I know what these things mean I might have a shot at fixing some of them. Gonna be... fun?
